Match Recap
Three goals inside eight frantic second-half minutes settled this Ligue 1 clash, and Paris Saint Germain walked away with it. Ferrán Torres opened the scoring in the 66th minute, Angel Gomes hauled Marseille level six minutes later, but Marcos Aoás Corrêa needed just two more to send the visitors back in front for a 2-1 win. Neither side had been in great form coming in: Marseille sit 17th with three points and three straight losses before their comeback bid, while Paris Saint Germain, surprisingly, are only 10th on five points with a WLDD run of their own. Their recent head-to-head record is split evenly, one win each in the last two meetings. None of the three scorers rank among Ligue 1's top ten, where E. Lepaul still leads with 23 goals, but for eight minutes at the Vélodrome, Torres, Gomes and Corrêa made the league's biggest names irrelevant. Catch Gomes' leveler and Corrêa's response, back to back, in the highlights.
