Match Recap
Veres Rivne needed a response, and they found it in style. Kudrivka struck first through Denys Svityukha in the 32nd minute and looked set to leave Rivne with something to show for their trip, but Veres turned the Premier League clash on its head in the second half. Fabrício Yan Peixoto Barros Limeira leveled things in the 59th minute, and André Gonçalves put the hosts in front just seven minutes later to complete the turnaround. It's a result that pulls Veres Rivne up to 11th with six points, while Kudrivka stay stuck at the bottom end of the table on two, still searching for their first win of the season. The two sides had shared a draw in their only previous meeting, so this one broke the deadlock decisively in Veres's favor. For a team that looked beaten at the break, the comeback says plenty about their resolve. Watch how Gonçalves' 66th-minute strike sealed the turnaround in the highlights below.
