Match Recap
Maurides Roque Junior needed just one moment before the break to settle this one: his 44th-minute finish gave Dinamo Batumi a 1-0 win over Dinamo Tbilisi and, more importantly, ended a run that had gone against them. Batumi hadn't beaten their rivals in any of the last three meetings, two draws and a loss, so this slender margin carries extra weight. It also keeps their push up the Erovnuli Liga table alive: Batumi sit fourth on 47 points with four wins from five, right on the heels of a Tbilisi side one place and one point above them who had won three of their own last five. Neither side's goal came from the division's household name, with K. Andric and his 15 goals watching from elsewhere on the scoresheet. Just one clean strike, right before the whistle for half-time, was all Batumi needed. Watch how Roque Junior found the net in the 44th minute to break the deadlock.
