Match Recap
Spartak Varna are still waiting for their first First League win of this run, held to a goalless draw by Slavia Sofia in a match that left both clubs treading water in mid-table. Spartak have gone five games without a victory, three draws and two losses leaving them eighth on 10 points. Slavia Sofia, one point and two places better off in sixth, have drawn three of their last five themselves, so a share of the spoils was perhaps the logical result. Their previous two meetings had split one win each, making this the first time the two sides have failed to produce a winner. Everton Bala leads the First League with 15 goals and will have had a comfortable evening watching from elsewhere. Hit play to see if either side fashioned a chance good enough to end Spartak's wait, or whether both defenses simply refused to give anything away.
