Match Recap
Charles-Andreas Brym and Moussa Soumano did the damage as NAC Breda made the trip to Helmond Sport count, turning their superior league form into a 2-0 win on the road. Brym broke the deadlock in the 39th minute, and Soumano put it beyond doubt early in the second half, finishing in the 55th. The result tells the bigger story: NAC arrived fifth in the Eerste Divisie on 17 points with three wins from five, riding a WDWWL stretch, while Helmond sit 17th with just a single win and a form line of LDLLW. There was never much doubt once Brym's opener landed, and Helmond's resistance faded fast after Soumano doubled the lead. For a home side already struggling for results, this one leaves little to build on; for NAC, it's further proof their early-season form is no fluke. Catch both goals, Brym's cool finish and Soumano's second-half punch, in the highlights below.
