Torpedo Kutaisi 3–2 Samgurali

Torpedo Kutaisi needed a fightback to hold off Samgurali in a five-goal Erovnuli Liga thriller. Irakli Siradze had Samgurali ahead inside four minutes, but Torpedo Kutaisi turned it around fast, Giorgi Arabidze levelling before Komnen Andric, the league's leading scorer with 12 goals, struck in the 26th to put the hosts in front. Nodar Lominadze added a third on 66 minutes to look like the killer blow, and Torpedo Kutaisi needed it, because Omar Patarkatsishvili nearly salvaged something for Samgurali deep into stoppage time, pulling one back in the 90+5th minute. It wasn't enough. The result also extends Torpedo Kutaisi's edge in this fixture, their second win in three recent meetings against Samgurali, and lifts them to 33 points and sixth in the table, just ahead of Samgurali in seventh on 32. Andric's finish was his moment in a match that swung three times, but it's that stoppage-time chase from Samgurali that makes the closing minutes worth watching. Catch every goal, including the 90+5 scramble that nearly forced a draw, in the highlights below.
