Match Recap
Two sides desperate for their first Serie A win of the season had to settle for a point apiece, as Parma and Monza played out a 1-1 draw that left both clubs anchored in the relegation zone. Monza grabbed the lead just before half-time when Jay Robinson finished coolly in the 38th minute, and for a spell it looked like the visitors might finally snap their winless run. Parma had other ideas. Simone Lontani levelled on the hour, cancelling out Robinson's effort and rescuing a draw that feels as much like a miss as a point for both benches. With Parma on one point from three games and Monza sitting directly below them on identical form, every dropped point now carries real weight in this fight to stay up. Lontani's equaliser arrived at a moment when Parma needed it most, and the way it went in is worth two minutes of your time.
