Match Recap
FCSB ground out a scrappy 1-0 win over Oţelul in Liga I, with Alexandru Stoian settling it in the 65th minute. It wasn't pretty, and the table tells you why it mattered more than the scoreline suggests: FCSB sit 12th on 12 points with a form line of LDLLL, still without a win in their last five, while Oţelul arrive 14th on 10 points but riding a win in their last outing. For FCSB, this was about stopping the bleeding rather than making a statement. History was on their side at least, having won both of the last two meetings between these sides, and that record stretches to three now. Oţelul pushed for an equalizer but couldn't find the breakthrough against a side that, results aside, found exactly enough. Stoian's finish is the only goal that decides this one, and it's the moment that turns a mid-table slog into three precious points. Watch how he times his run to get on the end of it.
