Pittsburgh Riverhounds 2–1 Hartford Athletic

Pittsburgh Riverhounds survived a Hartford Athletic scare to edge the Athletic 2-1 in a USL Championship battle that swung on a sharp start and one late reply. T. Amann needed just six minutes to put the Riverhounds ahead, and the early lead held until M. Ngalina leveled things for Hartford on 41, the kind of finish that keeps him among the league's top ten scorers this season. Pittsburgh refused to settle for a draw: C. Ahl restored the advantage in the 66th minute and made it stand. The result lifts the Riverhounds to sixth with 38 points despite a form line that's been rocky lately, while Hartford's 39 points and fourth-place spot take a dent even with P. Goodrum still sitting atop the league's scoring charts elsewhere. Three goals, two momentum shifts, and a finish that mattered more than the table suggested going in. Watch Ahl's 66th-minute strike settle it and see exactly how Pittsburgh answered Ngalina's equalizer when it counted most.
