Sporting San Miguelito 3–1 Herrera

Sporting San Miguelito handed Herrera a 3-1 defeat in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol, putting on their most complete performance of a stuttering campaign. J. Betancourt struck early in the 11th minute to set the tone, and R. Benitez doubled the advantage before the half-hour mark to leave the visitors chasing before the break. J. C. Cox Goods pulled one back for Herrera two minutes into the second half and briefly made it a contest, but A. Bethancourt answered almost immediately in the 54th, slamming the door shut before any momentum could build. The win moves San Miguelito to 18 points, a crucial boost for a side that had won just once in their previous five Liga Panameña matches. Their only prior meeting with Herrera ended in a draw, so this is the first time San Miguelito have come out on top against them. Bethancourt's decisive goal, arriving 120 seconds after Cox Goods gave Herrera hope, is the moment that settled it.
