Match Recap
Lucas Janus Ravn-Haren took over this Eliteserien clash, scoring twice as Valerenga shrugged off Brann's response to win 3-1. Sebastian Jarl opened the scoring in the 36th minute, and Kristian Eriksen pulled one back for Brann just before the break, leveling things up right as the sides headed to the locker room. But Ravn-Haren had other plans, striking in the 62nd minute and again in the 81st to put the result beyond doubt. The win matters more than the table suggests: Valerenga sit 11th with 26 points against Brann's 29 and 7th place, and both arrived on rocky recent form, Valerenga's WLDLD run and Brann's LLWLL streak hardly screaming confidence. Valerenga's only previous meeting this season went their way too, so the head-to-head record stays spotless. Ravn-Haren's brace is the headline here, a striker finding his rhythm at exactly the right moment. Watch both of his goals, especially the 81st-minute finish that sealed it, in the highlights below.
