Match Recap
Jagiellonia needed just eight minutes to settle this Ekstraklasa trip to Wieczysta Kraków, with Jesús Imaz turning home early before Wieczysta spent the next hour chasing shadows. Duje Dujmovic's 72nd-minute finish briefly gave the hosts hope, but Jagiellonia slammed the door with Nik Prelec and Bernardo Vital striking in a four-minute spell to make it 3-1. The result stretches a brutal run for Wieczysta, who sit 16th with only one win from five, while Jagiellonia's own form line reads just as rough despite climbing to 11th on 15 points. Imaz's opener was no fluke either, the Spaniard now sits fourth in the league's scoring charts with 18 goals, firmly in the shadow of leader K. Czubak's 25 but very much part of the conversation. For a match that looked set up for a home upset after the early setback, Wieczysta's response and Jagiellonia's late-game sting flipped the script completely. Catch Imaz's clinical finish and the three-goal avalanche that buried Wieczysta in the highlights below.
