Match Recap
Saburtalo made Dila pay for every missed chance in their recent meetings, and this time there was no late twist to save the hosts. Amiran Dzagania broke the deadlock right before the break, finishing in the 42nd minute to send Saburtalo into the dressing room ahead, and Lucas Oliveira Brune doubled the lead early in the second half with a 51st-minute strike that put the result beyond doubt. It extends a miserable head-to-head run for Dila, who have now lost all three of their last meetings with this opponent without so much as a draw to show for it. In the Erovnuli Liga table, the gulf is widening too: Saburtalo's win lifts them to 49 points and fourth place on the back of four victories in five, while Dila sit a rung below on 40 with just two wins in the same span. Two goals, two different Saburtalo scorers, one familiar story for Dila. Catch both finishes, Dzagania's opener and Brune's second-half dagger, in the highlights below.
