Plateau United 4–0 Kano Pillars

Plateau United didn't just beat Kano Pillars, they dismantled them. P. Samson set the tone after just three minutes, and by the time D. Ojo added a second deep into first-half stoppage time, the contest was already over in everything but name. S. Ayanrinde turned the rout into a statement in the 82nd minute before S. Nenrot piled on a fourth in the final seconds, capping a 4-0 demolition that flattered Kano Pillars by one goal. The NPFL table had these two level on 11 points going in, with Plateau United actually a place lower, but nothing in the form column hinted at a gap this wide. Their head-to-head history offered no clue either, split evenly at one win apiece in their last two meetings. None of the scorers sit anywhere near league top-scorer V. Mbaoma's 13 goals, which makes the ruthlessness of this performance even more striking, four different players finding the net in one afternoon. Watch how Plateau United turned a tight H2H rivalry into a four-goal statement, starting with Samson's third-minute strike and ending with Nenrot's stoppage-time exclamation point.
