Match Recap
A point apiece at Oţelul tells only half the story. Rafael Brito put the hosts ahead in the 23rd minute, but Csikszereda clawed back level through Nino Kukovec early in the second half, and that 1-1 scoreline is exactly where it finished in this Liga I clash. Neither side has much to celebrate in the table right now, Oţelul sit 14th with 10 points and a run of four straight losses before this draw, while Csikszereda are even further adrift in 16th, still searching for a first win after five games. History was split too: across their last two meetings, Oţelul had won one and lost one, so a draw keeps that head-to-head almost perfectly balanced. With A. Cordea still the league's top scorer on 16 goals, neither Brito nor Kukovec threatens that mark yet, but both strikes mattered plenty in the moment. Brito's opener and Kukovec's leveler bookend a match that swung on two sharp finishes, and the full video highlights below show exactly how each goal went in.
