Match Recap
Goztepe did it the hard way, waiting until stoppage time to break Fenerbahce down before pulling away in the final quarter of the game. M. Guendouzi settled the nerves with a goal right on the stroke of half-time, and when Fenerbahce couldn't find an answer after the break, Goztepe pounced twice in three minutes: S. Armstrong on 76, then Andre Henrique on 78 to seal it 2-1. The result flips the Süper Lig table on its head for these two sides, with Goztepe climbing above a Fenerbahce side that came in on a three-match winning run of its own. It's also revenge of sorts, since the sides drew the only other time they've met recently. Three different scorers, one ruthless ten-minute spell, and a Fenerbahce side left with no reply. Watch how Goztepe turned a tight first half into a statement win, starting with Guendouzi's half-time dagger.
