Match Recap
Kocaelispor did the damage before halftime and made it stand up. B. Kutlu broke through in the 27th minute, and M. Baku doubled the lead just before the break, handing the away side a two-goal cushion heading into the second half. Alanyaspor clawed one back through Ruan in the 52nd, but couldn't find the equalizer, and Kocaelispor held on for a 2-1 win at Alanyaspor in Süper Lig. It's a result that keeps both clubs level on 12 points, with Alanyaspor sitting ninth and Kocaelispor eighth, though the visitors arrive with form trending up after a run of away struggles. It also extends Alanyaspor's recent head-to-head frustration against this opponent, having lost their only previous meeting. Two goals in four second-half minutes either side of Baku's strike flipped the momentum of this one more than once. Watch how Kutlu and Baku combined to blow the game open before Ruan's reply made it a nervy final half hour.
