Vasteras SK FK 1–0 Mjallby AIF

Axel Sountonoma Taonsa needed just 20 minutes to settle this one, poking home the only goal as Vasteras SK FK ground out a 1-0 win over Mjallby AIF in Allsvenskan. It was enough. Vasteras sit eighth with 35 points and came in riding a solid LWWLW form, and this result stretches that run to three wins in five. Mjallby, by contrast, are stuck at 12th on 23 points without a win in their last five games, a drought a DLDDL stretch sums up painfully well. The two sides had drawn their only previous meeting, so this breaks new ground between them, and Vasteras made sure it broke in their favor. Mjallby pushed for an equalizer that never came, and their form table shows exactly why that final ball keeps missing. For Vasteras, it's another night where limited chances were enough. Watch how Taonsa's 20th-minute strike unfolds, a single moment of composure that was all Vasteras needed to beat Mjallby and keep their season moving in the right direction.
